More attention needs to be placed on less skilled workers more generally, who can be identified on the basis of academic achievement through test scores as well as educational attainment. In addition, we need to consider how other determinants of employment stability, such as job characteristics, previous employment experiences, and family status, affect this group compared with other workers. |
