1. From Child Supplement
   1. If age 12-14 years, begin:
      1. What I Am Like (SPPC)
      2. Go to PIAT - Math
   2. If age 7-11 years, begin:
      1. Digit Span
      2. Go to PIAT - Math
   3. If age 5-6 years^{Note 2}, begin:
      1. PIAT - Math (PPVT ages 5 and older)
      2. PIAT - Reading Recognition (PPVT ages 5 and older); Note: Children with Reading Recognition Score less than 19 skip Reading Comprehension.
      3. PIAT - Reading Comprehension (PPVT ages 5 and older)
      4. If ages 4-5 or 10-11 years, go to PPVT
      5. If ages 6-9 or 12-14 years, return to Child Supplement (Prompt complete).
   4. If age 4 years^{Note 1}, begin:
      1. PPVT (PPVT ages 4-5, 10-11 years)
      2. Return to Child Supplement (Prompt complete).
