Economic Evaluation of a program for low-income children called Head Start. Outcome measures include cognitive development and use of preventive healthcare. Main Features: Analysis (descriptive and econometric) of large micro-data (NLSY) using SAS and STATA. Using unbalanced panel data analysis (fixed and random effects models) for economic evaluation. Using Conditional-logit and random effects probit models to evaluate binary outcome measures.
